In Norton we are very fortunate to have three churches which the school has fantastic links with.

Norton Salvation Army

Captain Andrew Jarrold joins us during Thursday assemblies as part of the Open the Book Team. He also kindly leads several Tuesday assemblies each term. Our school visit Salvation Army hall to share our Carol Service with our parents/carers.

Norton Baptist Church

Helen Allum is also a very welcome member of our Open the Book Team. She also welcomes us into her church each Autumn to share in a Harvest Service.

Saint Andrew's Parish Church

Reverend Katherine Valentine leads several of our Tuesday assembles each term. In the Autumn Term she kindly hosts a pretend wedding for Star Class (Reception) as part of their celebrations assembly. The school also invites parents/carers each year to join us in our Easter service. Saint Andrew's Church kindly host other celebrations as well as educational experiences for our school such as Experience Easter, Pentecost and Eucharist.

The Basse in Gambia

As a school we have been sponsoring Ousainou so that he can attend school in Basse in the Gambia. We receive updates about how Ousainou is developing and progressing throughout the year.
