Grandparents' Tea
On Tuesday 9 October and Wednesday 10 October the school hall was filled with laughter, smiles and love as we invited grandparents to join their grandchildren for afternoon tea. Over 220 cups of tea, coffee or juice were served and delicious scones, sandwiches, sausage rolls and cakes were eaten over the two days. Grandparents were then invited back into the classes so that children could share and talk about their work.
The conversations were free flowing and the children had such pride in their work.
