Year 5 enjoyed a fantastic day at Sutton Hoo as part of their Anglo-Saxon topic. The visit brought their classroom learning to life as they explored the site, discovered fascinating artefacts and learned more about the famous Anglo-Saxon ship burial.

The children were enthusiastic, curious and eager to share their knowledge throughout the day. It was wonderful to see them making connections with their learning and deepening their understanding of this important period in British history.

A memorable day of learning was enjoyed by all!
