The children in Year 1 had a fantastic day at Christchurch Mansion. They learnt about doing laundry in Victorian times, made butter for the cook in the kitchen and had a look at the toys Victorian children would have played with. The children enjoyed dressing up and pretending to be Victorians too. Everyone was beautifully behaved and thoroughly enjoyed the bus journeys and their delicious packed lunches!
