Cookery lessons are underway with Mrs Fenn, our school cook. Last week Year 3 children cooked biscuits, which they were able to take home to consume afterwards. All classes will take part in cookery as the year continues.
James Campbell, author of 'Boyface', visited the school in November to tell his story of how he became a writer and well-known author.

Two of our Year 6 pupils competed in the County Cross Country Finals at Royal Hospital School, Holbrook, on October finishing 26th and 111th place respectively. The boys said "It was great fun but we were exhausted at the end." One of the boys goes forward to the next round. Very exciting!
