What a lovely way to end the first half term with a trip to Ipswich Transport Museum. Year 1 and 2 had a fabulous day at the museum as part of their topic work, with Year 2 just completing their topic on transport and Year 1 starting the topic next half term. The children had great fun looking at the different types of transport as well as getting the opportunity to climb on board some of them
Today the playground was used as a car park for two vintage cars as Key Stage 1 children had first hand experience of their topic 'Transport'. Mr Aket, one of our Governors, kindly allowed his two vintage cars to be part of the children's learning. The children had the opportunity to ask Mr Aket many questions and had the chance to sit in the back of these wonderful cars.
