  • Share Afternoon

    On Friday 29 November each Key Stage had their own share afternoon where the children had the opportunity to mix with the different classes and get the chance to work with different teachers. The afternoon had a Christmas theme in EYFS and Key Stage 1 and an Illustration theme in Key Stage 2. It was so lovely to walk around the school and get a real sense of community and togetherness and the feedback from children was that they had had a wonderful afternoon.   • Armistice Day 2019

    On Monday 11 November at 11 am, the whole school observed a two minute silence to remember the people who have died in wars and for those who are still serving our forces. This year, following an idea inspired and created by Mrs Sturman, the Reflective Garden was home to a field of poppies, each one with a message of thanks and respect for those who have fought in wars. After listening to the Last Post, the Year 6 children then read In Flanders Fields to the rest of the of the school
