• Key Stage 1 Sports Day

  It was lovely to welcome parents and family members to our Key Stage 1 Sports Day on Tuesday 12 July. The children participated well and it was lovely to see them encouraging each other in every event. The sprint races at the end were very exciting and at times it was difficult to work out the order! Well done children on a lovely afternoon. You all certainly showed the school's Christian Values of  perseverance, courage, community, wisdom, respect and compassion.

  

• Sports Festival at Thurston Primary School

  This morning the children from Year 1 attended a sports festival at Thurston Primary School linked to the Commonwealth Games. They joined in activities lead by sports leaders and worked with children from other local primary schools.

  

• Year 1 trip to Felixstowe Seaside

  Year One had a fantastic day at Felixstowe seaside today. We looked at the different features of the seaside such as promenade, pier, and the beach itself. We started our day at Felixstowe port looking at the port and containers. We then had fun on the beach building sandcastle and jumping in the waves! We finished the day with a delicious ice-cream.
