What does your child learn at school each day? Find information about our curriculum subjects here.

 

Our long term plans give the overview of each subject taught each year and this is delivered through topic work, where possible. English and Mathematics may be taught through cross curricular topics or as discrete subjects in themselves. Reception children follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum which is taught in a cross-curricular way. There is a mixture of child and adult initiated learning over a range of topics which change half termly.

 

Please visit your child's class page to find out more about the topic they are studying and to see what they have been doing in class. If you wish to find out more about our curriculum please speak to the relevant Key Stage Leader: EYFS and Key Stage 1 Lead - Miss Rebecca Miles, Key Stage 2 Lead - Mr Peter Mabbitt.
