Queen's Platinum Jubilee

On Friday 27 May we celebrated the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. As a school we had a 'Trooping of the Colour'  picnic lunch together outside. The children then had a carousel of activities in the afternoon which included pin the crown on the queen, biscuit decorating, collage and a quiz. The highlight though was when all the whole school community came together in the glorious sunshine to sing our Jubilee Song, wave our flags and sing the National Anthem. To remember this special occasion, all the children received a commemorative mug kindly donated by Norton Parish Council.
