Year 1 Trip to Banham Zoo

Galaxy Class enjoyed a wonderful trip to Banham Zoo on Friday 25th March 2022 as part of our ‘Africa’ Geography topic and ‘Animals’ topic in Science. As part of the trip the children had an educational session where they explored omnivores, carnivores and herbivores. They also got the opportunity to be up close with small animals during this session. The children were able to share information which they had learnt with the zoo keepers who were very impressed. The weather was also just perfect!
