Year 2 Lodge Farm Trip

Year 2 had a lovely day visiting Lodge Farm in Westhorpe. We planted seeds and completed each stage of seed preparation for growth on farms. We crushed seeds to make oils and also tried making butter. We were all able to sit in a tractor and view lots of other farming equipment. We took part in a wildlife, green treasure hunt and dissected owl pellets.
